The Osprey Beach House is adult oriented and comfortably sleeps 6 people, children 12 and over please. This home is pet-friendly for one or two well-behaved dogs. The Osprey Beach House can be rented with or independent of the adjoining Osprey Beach Suite.

- Rented weekly only Saturday to Saturday during High Season
- 3 night minimum stay through Spring Break, all Canadian long weekends and the week of Christmas and New Years
- 30-day cancellation policy, 60-day cancellation policy June through September
