This newly built 2100 square foot home nestled in the forest is located across Pacific Rim Highway from South Chesterman Beach. The contemporary West-Coast design features post and beam architecture with 10 ft. ceilings. Heated concrete floors and a gas fireplace keep things cozy through the stormy winter days.
The main floor hosts a spacious open concept with living room, dining room and well equipped modern kitchen complete with gas stove and dishwasher.
There are two well separated bedrooms on the main floor, with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms which feature large walk-in showers. The master bedroom upstairs features a King size bed with ensuite bathroom and soaker tub. The master bedroom also has a seperate seating area with a wet bar and a roof top deck.
If you would like to enjoy your dinner al fresco, the large south facing deck on the back of the house sports a BBQ and dining table.
When booking during summer months, there is a 3 night minimum stay. The office reserves the right to adjust arrival and departure dates to ensure there are no 1 or 2 night gaps in between bookings.
