The cottage shares one acre of property with the Brick House, is separated by a 6 ft. high cedar fence and has its own private driveway. The Cottage by the Beach is beautifully appointed and comfortably sleeps 2 - 5 guests.
Cottage by the Beach is pet friendly and will sleep up to 5 guests.
